PVC co-extrusion floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a PVC co-extrusion floor and a preparation method thereof.The PVC co-extrusion floor comprises a first co-extrusion layer structure and a second co-extrusion layer structure, and the first co-extrusion layer structure and the second co-extrusion layer structure are prepared from, by weight, 70-100 parts of PVC resin powder; 30-40 parts of modified calcium carbonate; 5-15 parts of a stabilizer; 0.5-3 parts of an internal lubricant; and 0.5-3 parts of an external lubricant. And the first co-extrusion layer structure also comprises the following preparation raw materials: 170-270 parts of heavy calcium carbonate. By adopting the AB structure form of the first co-extrusion layer structure and the second co-extrusion layer structure, on one hand, the condition of back warping of the product is effectively controlled, on the other hand, the second co-extrusion layer structure prevents water vapor from permeating, and the stability of the product is improved.
本发明涉及一种PVC共挤地板及其制备方法,所述PVC共挤地板包括第一共挤层结构和第二共挤层结构,以重量份数计,第一共挤层结构和第二共挤层结构的制备原料包括:PVC树脂粉70‑100份;改性碳酸钙30‑40份;稳定剂5‑15份;内润滑剂0.5‑3份;以及外润滑剂0.5‑3份;所述第一共挤层结构的制备原料还包括:重质碳酸钙170‑270份。通过采用第一共挤层结构和第二共挤层结构AB结构的形式,一方面有效控制了产品的背面翘曲的情况,另一方面第二共挤层结构防止了水汽的渗入,提高产品的稳定性。
