Elastic co-extrusion wood-plastic floor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an elastic co-extrusion wood-plastic floor. The elastic co-extrusion wood-plastic floor sequentially comprises an elastic layer, a bonding layer and a core layer from top to bottom, the elastic layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of TPE, 40-50 parts of HDPE, 1-3 parts of SiO2, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 1-3 parts of an anti-aging agent; the bonding layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 28 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and 15 to 20 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate); the core layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of hydrophobic treatment wood flour, 10 to 15 parts of nanoscale superfine calcium carbonate and 40 to 60 parts of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). The invention further provides a preparation method of the floor. The floor has the advantages that comfortable foot feeling can be provided, the service life is long, the rebound resilience is good, and the floor is suitable for indoor and outdoor sports places.
