The invention relates to the field of solid waste resource utilization, and discloses an organic silicon composite coating, a modified steel fiber and a preparation method and application of the organic silicon composite coating and the modified steel fiber. The organic silicon composite coating comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises organic silicon and organic chlorosilane; the component B comprises organic silicon, organic chlorosilane and solid waste F1; wherein the content of the solid waste F1 in the component B is 1-30 wt%. According to the organic silicon composite coating, a certain amount of solid waste is compounded, the coating is used for modifying the surface of the steel fiber, and then the modified steel fiber solid waste recycled concrete is prepared, so that the solid waste can be efficiently utilized, and the binding force between the steel fiber and a concrete matrix is further improved; therefore, the comprehensive mechanical property of the solid waste recycled concrete is improved.
本发明涉及固体废弃物资源化利用领域,公开了一种有机硅复合涂料与改性钢纤维及其制备方法和应用。所述有机硅复合涂料包括A组分和B组分;所述A组分包含有机硅和有机氯硅烷;所述B组分包含有机硅、有机氯硅烷和固废F1;其中,所述B组分中固废F1的含量为1‑30wt%。该有机硅复合涂料复合一定量的固废,并且利用该涂料对钢纤维表面进行改性,之后再用于制备改性钢纤维固废再生混凝土,可实现固废的高效利用,且进一步提升钢纤维与混凝土基体之间的结合力,从而提升固废再生混凝土的综合力学性能。
