The invention discloses organosilicone polyethylene resin. The organosilicone polyethylene resin is prepared from, by mass, 80 to 125 parts of vinyl acetate, 80 to 225 parts of methanol, 3 to 9 partsof tetramethylsiloxane, 5 to 15 parts of tetrachloroethylene, 0.1 to 1 part of azodiisobutyronitrile, 0.1 to 0.5 part of simethicone and 1 to 5 parts of acetone. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the organosilicon polyethylene resin. The organosilicone polyethylene resin is a surface penetration type sealant which takes industrial alcohol as a medium solution and mainly comprises organic silicon, vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate. The above protective agent can impregnate the surface of concrete and the surface of stones by 0.3 mm and covers the surface to form a sealing layer to prevent permeation, but does not change the appearance characteristics or air permeability of the concrete. Concrete and stones can be protected against permeation and erosion of external water,acids, alkalis, salts and ultraviolet rays, weathering and carbonization of the surface of the structure are prevented, good dustproof and antifouling performance is achieved, and durability of the surface strength of the concrete can be kept.
