Vibro-replacement stone breaking operation can be conducted on a stratum with the depth exceeding 40 meters, the needed pile frame is short, low in cost, high in safety and free of hole clamping, the detachable guide rod assemblies are mainly connected in an inserted mode through taper threads, dislocation and errors of two axes during butt joint can be reduced, the influence on connection is small, and the sealing performance after connection is good; the shock absorber is good in shock absorption effect, and the detachable guide rod assembly can be prevented from loosening.
本发明涉及超深振冲施工用振冲器,包括振冲器主体振壳,振冲器主体振壳设置有第一水道,振冲器主体振壳的上方同轴连接有可拆卸式导杆组件,可拆卸式导杆组件与振冲器主体振壳之间安装有减震器,可拆卸式导杆组件设置有第二水道,减震器内设置有第三水道,第一水道和第二水道之间通过第三水道连通。本发明可在超过40米深的地层进行振冲碎石操作,所需的桩架矮、成本低、安全性高、不卡孔,可拆卸式导杆组件相互之间主要采用锥螺纹插接,可减少对接时两轴心的错位、误差,对连接的影响小,连接后的密封性好;减震器的减震效果好,可避免可拆卸式导杆组件出现松动。
