Construction method of tunnel enclosure structure
The invention discloses a construction method of a tunnel enclosure structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that the ground is leveled according to drawing requirements; construction of fender posts, pit bottom reinforcement and construction of upright post piles, permanent pile foundations under a bottom plate and precipitation wells are conducted at the same time; excavating to the bottom surfaces of the first concrete supports, chiseling off laitance on the top of the ground wall, constructing a top beam and the first concrete supports into a whole, and performing concrete straining beam construction between the two adjacent first concrete supports; the foundation pit is excavated to a second steel support, and the second steel support is erected; after the foundation pit is excavated to the designed elevation of the pit bottom, a bottom layer is constructed in sequence, structural bottom plate steel bars are bound, and a bottom plate and a bottom beam of the enclosure structure are poured; dismantling a second steel support, erecting a steel replacement support, and pre-adding axial force; the first concrete support is dismantled, and a top plate of the enclosure structure is poured; and constructing a top layer, and backfilling to a designed ground line. The stability and reliability of the tunnel enclosure structure can be improved, the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the service life of the tunnel enclosure structure can be prolonged.
本发明公开了一种隧道围护结构的施工方法,包括如下步骤:按图纸要求对地面进行整平;围护桩施工,同时进行坑底加固、立柱桩、底板下永久桩基及降水井施工;开挖至第一道砼支撑底面,凿除地墙顶上的浮浆,施工冠梁与第一道砼支撑成为一整体,并在相邻两个第一道砼支撑之间进行砼系梁施工;开挖基坑至第二道钢支撑,架设第二道钢支撑;开挖基坑至坑底设计标高后,依次施工底层后,绑扎结构底板钢筋,浇筑围护结构的底板和底梁;拆除第二道钢支撑,架设钢换撑,预加轴力;拆除第一道砼支撑,浇筑围护结构的顶板;施工顶层,回填至设计地面线。本发明不仅可以提高隧道围护结构的稳定性和可靠性,而且可以降低施工难度,延长隧道围护结构的使用寿命。
