The hoistway unit comprises a mixed flow well, a flow limiting valve well and a sewage intercepting well; a first trash holding piece is arranged in the mixed flow well; a first control valve is arranged in the flow-limiting valve well; the control unit comprises a first liquid level monitor, a second liquid level monitor, a rainfall monitor, a flow monitor and a controller; the controller controls opening or closing of the first control valve, rainwater and sewage in different periods are subjected to split-flow treatment, and pollution caused by sewage delivery is avoided; the controller controls the first control valve to be opened or closed according to the second liquid level monitor, so that sewage is prevented from flowing back into the mixed flow well; the first trash blocking piece blocks floating objects in water, the flow limiting pipe is prevented from being blocked, the fault risk of the device is reduced, the floating objects retained on the first trash blocking piece are discharged to a river channel along with water flow in the middle and later periods of rainfall, self-cleaning of the device is achieved, and the frequency of manually descending a well to clean sediments is reduced.
