The invention discloses a prefabricated part assembly structure and a prefabricated part assembly method.The prefabricated part assembly structure comprises a first vertical prefabricated concrete member and two transverse prefabricated concrete members arranged adjacent to the top of the first vertical prefabricated concrete member; at least part of the transverse ribs of one transverse prefabricated concrete member are mechanically connected with at least part of the transverse ribs of the other transverse prefabricated concrete member, and the two transverse sides of the first vertical prefabricated concrete member are each provided with a supporting piece for supporting one transverse prefabricated concrete member. The top of the first vertical prefabricated concrete component is provided with a cast-in-place concrete section connected with the two transverse prefabricated concrete components. According to the invention, the construction of a large temporary support system below the transverse prefabricated concrete members and the subsequent dismantling work can be omitted, so that the assembly workload of the transverse prefabricated concrete members and the first vertical prefabricated concrete members is reduced, the connection strength of the two transverse prefabricated concrete members is enhanced, and the overall strength of the connection node is improved.
