Prefabricated assembling structure of integral open cut tunnel and assembling construction method of prefabricated assembling structure
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly structure of an integral open cut tunnel. The prefabricated assembly structure comprises a plurality of prefabricated assembly units in the length direction of the tunnel. Each prefabricated assembly unit comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a side wall; a plurality of vertically arranged top plate-side wall steel bars are arranged between the top plate and the corresponding side wall; side wall mounting positions are arranged at the parts, corresponding to the corresponding side walls, of the bottom plate; temporary supports are pre-buried in the side wall mounting positions in the cast-in-place stage, and a plurality of vertically-arranged bottom plate-side wall steel bars are arranged between the side wall mounting positions and the corresponding side walls; and the lower end of the laminated plate of each side wall is provided with a groove which corresponds to the corresponding temporary support and can form clamping connection in a matched manner. During construction, firstly, the foundation pit is excavated, the cushion layer is poured, then the spliced bottom plates are sequentially hoisted on the cushion layer, and the cast-in-place part is poured; after finishing, sequentially hoisting and splicing the side walls and the top plate, and then pouring a laminated plate of the top plate and the side walls; and finally, backfilling and covering soil, and removing the temporary support. By means of the prefabricated assembly mode, the construction speed is increased, and the construction efficiency is improved in the construction process of the open-cut tunnel.
本发明公开了整体式明挖隧道的预制拼装装配结构,包括沿隧道长度方向的多个预制拼装单元;预制拼装单元包括顶板、底板和侧墙;顶板与相应的侧墙之间设有多根竖直设置的顶板‑侧墙钢筋;底板与相应的侧墙相对应的部分设有侧墙安装位;侧墙安装位在现浇阶段预埋临时支座,与相应的侧墙之间设有多根竖直设置的底板‑侧墙钢筋;每一侧墙的叠合板的下端均对应相应临时支座设有匹配能够形成卡接的凹槽。施工时,先开挖基坑浇筑垫层,然后在垫层上依次吊装拼接底板并浇筑现浇部分;完成后依次吊装并拼接侧墙和顶板,再浇筑顶板和侧墙的叠合板;最后,回填覆土,拆除临时支撑。本发明通过预制拼装的方式,在明挖隧道的建造过程中,提高施工速度和效率。
