Dismantling method for large-diameter silo top supporting system
The invention discloses a large-diameter silo top supporting system dismantling method which comprises the steps that a first hole is reserved in the center of a roof, a second hole is reserved in the position close to a silo wall, and a silo top supporting frame is dismantled; a first crane is fixedly installed at the first hole, a steel wire rope of the first crane is connected with the container, the container is lowered into the silo, the disassembled supporting frame is installed in the container, and then the container with the supporting frame component is hoisted out of the silo through the first crane; after the supporting frame is completely dismantled, a second crane is fixedly installed in the second hole, and steel wire ropes are connected with the two ends of the truss; releasing the connection between the two ends of the truss and the central upright post and the silo wall, hoisting the truss to an outlet of the silo and moving the truss out of the silo; and after all the trusses are moved out of the silo, steel wire ropes of the first crane and the second crane are connected to a central stand column standard knot, connection of the two ends of the standard knot is removed, and the standard knot is hoisted to an outlet of the silo section by section and moved out of the silo. The method is simple to operate, easy to master by operators and low in investment cost.
本发明公开了一种大直径筒仓仓顶支撑体系拆除方法,包括:于屋面中心预留第一洞口,于靠近仓壁的位置预留第二洞口,拆除仓顶支撑架;于第一洞口安装固定第一起重机,第一起重机的钢丝绳连接货箱,将货箱下放至筒仓内,将拆除下来的支撑架装入货箱内,再通过第一起重机将装有支撑架部件的货箱吊出筒仓;待支撑架完全拆除完成后,于第二洞口安装固定第二起重机,钢丝绳连接桁架两端;解除桁架两端与中心立柱及仓壁的连接,将桁架吊至筒仓出口并移出筒仓;待所有桁架移出筒仓后,将第一起重机和第二起重机的钢丝绳连接于中心立柱标准节,解除标准节两端的连接,将标准节逐段吊运至筒仓出口并移出筒仓。方法操作简单,操作工人易于掌握,投入成本低。
