A limiting block is arranged at any position in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the assembling groove, an unlocking block is arranged at the tail end of the key, a limiting groove is formed in any position of the outer circumferential edge of the unlocking block, a first locking groove is formed in the bottom of the end of the key, and at least one second locking groove is formed in any position of the inner wall of the first locking groove. The key is inserted into the assembling groove through the penetrating opening, the unlocking shifting piece is driven to rotate by rotating the key, the unlocking shifting piece drives the driving plate to swing front and back, and the spring bolt assembly is driven to slide front and back.
