Chitosan-polyacrylic acid-Fe < 3 + > hydrogel cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a chitosan-polyacrylic acid-Fe < 3 + > hydrogel cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising the following steps: (1) constructing a layered cement skeleton with one-way pores by adopting a directional ice template method; (2) preparing a chitosan-polyacrylic acid-Fe < 3 + > hydrogel solution; (3) filling the chitosan-polyacrylic acid-Fe < 3 + > hydrogel into one-way holes of the layered cement skeleton in a vacuum negative pressure impregnation manner; and (4) the cement skeleton filled with the hydrogel is subjected to a'freezing-unfreezing 'multi-cycle mode to obtain the high-toughness self-repairing cement-based-chitosan-polyacrylic acid-Fe < 3 + > hydrogel shell-like composite material. According to the invention, the hydrogel and the cement base are bonded together through a freeze-thaw cycle to prepare the shell-imitated structure, so that the toughness, strength, impact resistance and structural reliability of the concrete are enhanced, and the concrete has a self-repairing effect.
本发明为一种壳聚糖‑聚丙烯酸‑Fe3+水凝胶水泥基复合材料及制备方法。包括如下步骤:(1)采用定向冰模板法构建具有单向孔隙的层状水泥骨架;(2)配置壳聚糖‑聚丙烯酸‑Fe3+水凝胶溶液;(3)采用真空负压浸渍的方式将壳聚糖‑聚丙烯酸‑Fe3+水凝胶填充到层状水泥骨架的单向孔中;(4)对填充水凝胶的水泥骨架采用“冷冻‑解冻”多次循环的方式得到高韧性自修复水泥基‑壳聚糖‑聚丙烯酸‑Fe3+水凝胶仿贝壳复合材料。本发明通过“冻融循环”将水凝胶和水泥基胶结在一起,制备成仿贝壳结构,增强了混泥土的韧性、强度、耐冲击性和结构可靠性,且具有自修复作用。
