The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying red mud, crushing and screening; the preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing red mud, ardealite, cement, polyacrylic acid and water, and stirring the red mud, the ardealite, the cement and the water to prepare a composite material; adding polyacrylic acid into the composite material, and stirring to obtain a multi-element system cementing material; and pouring the multi-element system cementing material into a mold, compacting, demolding and curing. The breaking strength of the prepared multi-element system gel material can reach 6.1 MPa, the compressive strength reaches 12.5 MPa, the total pore volume is 11.971 * 10 <-2 > mL/g after the multi-element system gel material is maintained for 7 days, the proportion of pores with the pore size smaller than 50 nm is 60.9%, the proportion of pores with the pore size larger than 50 nm is 39.1%, a basis can be provided for underground space wall leaking stoppage materials, and meanwhile the resource utilization problem of red mud is solved.
本发明属于地下工程煤矿采空区堵漏技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚丙烯酸辅助赤泥‑磷石膏‑水泥三元体系胶凝材料及其制备方法。一种聚丙烯酸辅助赤泥‑磷石膏‑水泥三元体系胶凝材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将赤泥烘干后粉碎、筛分;分别称量赤泥、磷石膏、水泥、聚丙烯酸和水,将赤泥、磷石膏、水泥和水搅拌制得复合材料;向上述复合材料中加入聚丙烯酸后搅拌制得多元体系胶凝材料;将上述多元体系胶凝材料倒入模具,振实,脱模,养护。本发明制备的多元体系凝胶材料,养护7d后抗折强度可达到6.1MPa、抗压强度达到12.5MPa、总孔体积为11.971×10‑2mL/g,50nm以下的孔径占比60.9%,50nm以上的孔径占比39.1%,可为地下空间墙体堵漏材料提供依据,同时解决赤泥的资源化利用难题。
