Anti-rutting pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-rut pavement structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of road engineering construction. The anti-rut pavement structure comprises a semi-rigid base layer, an anti-rut performance layer and a modified asphalt pavement layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the anti-rutting performance layer is composed of a large-gap asphalt mixture, a latex modifier, cement, standard sand and water; the latex modifying agent is prepared from polyurethane resin, disodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate, nano SiO2 modified polyacrylic resin and acrylamide; the modified asphalt pavement layer is composed of waste rubber powder asphalt, aromatic polycarbonate resin and polyvinyl chloride. According to the invention, construction difficulty and complexity are reduced, the anti-rut pavement structure has good high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance, the anti-rut performance of the anti-rut pavement structure is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
