The invention discloses an intelligent drilling and repairing quality detection system and method for a road coring machine. The system comprises a fixing frame, a lifting device, a coring device, a core repairing device and a data processing device, wherein the lifting device, the coring device and the core repairing device are arranged on the fixing frame. The lifting device comprises a lifting driving device, a supporting frame, a supporting sliding rod and a lifting table. The lifting driving device drives the lifting table to slide up and down along the supporting frame and the supporting sliding rod. The core taking device and the core supplementing device are arranged on the lifting platform; the coring device comprises a core drilling barrel, the core supplementing device comprises a material supplementing bin and a core supplementing barrel, and the core drilling barrel and the core supplementing barrel are connected to the rotating table to conduct position switching; a microwave induction device and a detection domain matching data transmission device are arranged in the core drilling cylinder; and the data processing device obtains core supplementing parameters corresponding to the core sample based on the collected frequency microwave data, and controls the core supplementing device to supplement the core. According to the invention, coring scanning can be carried out, accurate core supplementing can be carried out, the efficiency and precision of road coring and core supplementing are improved, and drilling and supplementing integration is realized.
