The top of the supporting plate is connected with the bottom of the splay cable saddle body; the base comprises a base body and a bearing plate, the bottom of the base body is connected with the center of the top of the bearing plate, a mounting groove is formed in the top of the base body, and the bottom of the bearing plate is connected with the top of the bottom plate. The base does not need to be subjected to heat treatment, the contact surface of the bottom of the supporting plate and the base adopts the laser cladding layer, and the clearance area is filled with lubricating oil, so that the contact stress is reduced.
