The single-column pier steel cover beam sliding installation structure comprises a construction platform built on one side of a single-column pier, a sliding way transversely arranged on the construction platform, a supporting bent frame arranged on the sliding way in a sliding and guiding mode and a semi-steel cover beam arranged on the supporting bent frame in a hoisting mode, and a steel hoop is installed on the upper portion, close to a bridge floor, of the single-column pier. The semi-steel cover beam slides towards the single-column pier on the sliding way through the supporting bent frame, the semi-steel cover beam slides to a designated position and is connected with the steel hoop in an assembled mode, and the upper side of the semi-steel cover beam abuts against the bottom of a bridge floor. The construction method is safe and reliable, the accuracy and safety of steel cover beam construction are improved, construction can be carried out on the two sides of the column pier in sequence, vehicle passing on a road cannot be blocked, and the construction method is suitable for reinforcing construction of the steel cover beam with the small column pier height.
