The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a truss assembly type anti-seismic floor structure which comprises a supporting plate and further comprises a cover plate assembly and a supporting assembly, the cover plate assembly is located above the supporting plate, the bottom end of the supporting assembly is installed on the upper surface of the supporting plate, and the bottom end of the cover plate assembly is installed above the supporting assembly; the cover plate assembly is formed by mutually nesting a plurality of splicing cover plates in the cover plate assembly, and the cover plate assembly is internally reinforced by utilizing a truss type supporting frame; the supporting assembly supports the cover plate assembly through a plurality of buffering damping blocks. According to the invention, the assembly stability of the cover plate assembly is improved through the truss-type spliced cover plates and the concave-convex anti-seismic strips at the joints, and the buffer elastic sheets stacked on the anti-seismic strips effectively absorb the vibration at the joints of the cover plates; therefore, the problem that the anti-seismic property of the floor system of the existing assembly type prefabricated house at the assembly joint of the construction site is poor is solved.
