The invention provides a hard rock excavation method, which mainly comprises the following steps of: carrying out dense drilling in a current appointed area by using a down-the-hole hammer drilling machine, carrying out impact crushing on the dense drilling area by using a hydraulic crushing hammer after the dense drilling is completed, cleaning fragments in the impact crushing area by using an excavator after the impact crushing is completed, and removing the fragments in the impact crushing area by using the excavator after the cleaning is completed. And groove expanding operation is conducted along the periphery of the formed excavation groove, transverse crushing excavation of the hard rock in the range of the foundation pit is achieved along with continuous groove expanding operation, and if the designed excavation depth of the foundation pit is still not reached after one-time transverse crushing excavation, the transverse crushing excavation process is repeated, and then longitudinal excavation of the hard rock layer is achieved. Under the subway station construction environment without blasting construction conditions, by means of the method, the hard rock can be efficiently crushed, and then the subway station construction period can be shortened.
本发明给出了一种硬岩开挖方法,其主要是利用潜孔锤钻机现在指定区域进行密集钻孔,在密集钻孔完成后,利用液压破碎锤对密集钻孔区域进行冲击破碎,冲击破碎完成后,利用挖机对冲击破碎区的碎块进行清理,清理完成后,沿着形成的开挖槽周边进行扩槽作业,随着扩槽作业的不断进行,则实现硬岩在基坑范围内的横向破碎开挖,如果一次横向破碎开挖后,仍没有达到基坑开挖设计深度,则再反复重复上述横向破碎开挖流程,继而实现硬岩层的纵向开挖。在不具备爆破施工条件的地铁车站施工环境下,利用该方法,可实现硬岩的高效破碎,继而可缩短地铁车站施工周期。
