According to the converter tapping hole magnesia carbon brick preparation process, 98.5% of macrocrystalline fused magnesia is adopted as a main raw material, the 98.5% of macrocrystalline fused magnesia is added into a jaw crusher for raw material crushing, and the 98.5% of macrocrystalline fused magnesia is crushed into 5-3mm aggregate, 3-1mm aggregate, 1-0mm aggregate and 180-mesh powder through the jaw crusher; after crushing, adding crystalline flake graphite with grade of-195, metal aluminum powder and phenolic resin, putting into a high-speed mixing mill for stirring, discharging from the high-speed mixing mill, ageing, and after ageing, adding the material into a friction press for manufacturing and forming; high-quality 98.5% macrocrystalline fused magnesite is adopted to improve the overall quality of the magnesia carbon brick for the tapping hole, metal aluminum powder is used as an antioxidant to improve the high-temperature strength, anti-scouring and anti-oxidation capacity of the magnesia carbon brick for the tapping hole, the addition amount of phenolic resin is adjusted to replace asphalt powder in the prior art, introduction of impurities is reduced, and the high-temperature performance is improved; the oxidation reaction of the produced magnesia carbon brick is reduced, the refractory quality is improved, the high-temperature corrosion resistance is improved, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
该转炉出钢口镁碳砖制备工艺,主要原料采用98.5%大结晶电熔镁砂,将98.5%大结晶电熔镁砂加入至颚式破碎机中进行原料破碎,98.5%大结晶电熔镁砂经过颚式破碎机破碎后为5‑3mm骨料、3‑1mm骨料、1‑0mm骨料、180目粉料,破碎后加入品级为‑195鳞片石墨、金属铝粉、酚醛树脂放入高速混炼机进行搅拌,从高速混炼机内出料后进行困料,困料结束后将物料添加至摩擦压力机中进行制造成型,本发明提升主原料质量采用高品质的98.5%大结晶电熔镁砂提升出钢口镁碳砖整体质量,金属铝粉作为抗氧化剂提升出钢口镁碳砖高温强度抗冲刷抗氧化能力,调整酚醛树脂加入量代替现有技术沥青粉减少杂质引入提升高温性能,使生产出的镁碳砖降低氧化反应,提升耐火质量抗高温侵蚀,使用寿命大大增加。
