The invention relates to a viaduct and subway station integrated structure, and belongs to the technical field of municipal engineering construction. The structure comprises a station structure, a viaduct structure and a connecting structure, the station structure comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, pile foundations and side wall plates, the multiple pile foundations are vertically arranged, the bottom plate and the top plate are horizontally arranged between every two adjacent pile foundations, and the side wall plates are vertically arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate and attached to the pile foundations; a station internal space is formed among the bottom plate, the top plate and the side wall plates, and the pile foundation extends upwards to the position above the ground. The viaduct structure comprises piers and a bridge floor, the piers are arranged on each pile foundation, and the bridge floor is arranged at the top ends of the piers. The pile foundation and the bridge pier are both formed by cast-in-place of reinforcement cages and concrete, and the connecting structure is used for connecting the pile foundation reinforcement cage and the bridge pier reinforcement cage. The problem that piers of the viaduct occupy a large number of precious land resources during parallel planning construction of a traditional subway station and the viaduct can be solved.
