Construction method for minimally invasive breaking of anti-skid constraint of butt strap behind bridge abutment in seamless reconstruction of bridge
The invention discloses a construction method for minimally invasive breaking of anti-skid constraint of a butt strap behind a bridge abutment in seamless reconstruction of a bridge. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, the positions of all anti-skid steel bars are ascertained; 2, in the width range of the first batch of construction lanes, the peripheries of the corresponding anti-skid steel bars are broken through a core drilling machine, and the parts, located above abutment cap beams, of the anti-skid steel bars are exposed; 3, cutting off the part, above the abutment cap beam, of the anti-skid steel bar; 4, for the width range of other unconstructed lanes, before the bridge deck structure of the first batch of constructed bridge is closed and converted into a seamless bridge deck continuous system, the anti-skid constraint of the corresponding anti-skid steel bars on the bridge abutment rear butt strap is relieved; and 5, cutting off the parts, above the abutment cap beam, of the corresponding anti-skid steel bars when the rest unconstructed lane width range is formally implemented in batches. By means of the method, the antiskid steel bars can be rapidly and efficiently cut off, and obstacles are eliminated for converting a seamed bridge deck system into a seamless bridge deck continuous system in a rapid, unobstructed, low-influence and low-cost mode in the service period.
本发明公开了桥梁无缝化改建中微创破除桥梁台后搭板防滑约束的工法,步骤为:1、探明所有防滑钢筋的位置;2、第一批施工车道宽度范围,采用钻芯机破除相应的防滑钢筋周边,使防滑钢筋位于桥台帽梁以上的部分暴露;3、将防滑钢筋位于桥台帽梁以上的部分割除;4、对于其余尚未施工的车道宽度范围,在第一批施工的桥梁桥面结构合龙转换成无缝桥桥面连续体系前,解除相应的防滑钢筋对桥梁台后搭板的防滑约束;5、分批在正式实施其余尚未施工的车道宽度范围时将相应的防滑钢筋位于桥台帽梁以上的部分割除。本发明的应用能够快速高效地割除防滑钢筋,为服役期内的有缝桥桥面体系快速、保通、低影响、低成本地转换成无缝桥桥面连续体系消除障碍。
