Butt strap tail structure for rapid seamless reconstruction of existing bridge and reconstruction construction method
The invention discloses a transition slab tail structure for rapid seamless reconstruction of an existing bridge and a reconstruction construction method. The transition slab tail structure comprises a transition slab and a ground beam. A concrete cushion layer is arranged below one end, close to the old roadbed pavement, of the transition slab; the side faces of the butt strap and the concrete cushion layer are flush, and gaps exist between the butt strap and the ground beam. The step structure of the approach slab is provided with a steel cover plate capable of synchronously stretching and retracting with the approach slab along the bridge direction; during construction, the old road subgrade pavement in the reconstruction range is broken and removed firstly; then, a step structure of the ground beam and the butt strap is constructed, and a gap is formed; installing a steel cover plate after completion; and after layered laying of the asphalt mixture and the multiple layers of steel-plastic geogrids is completed, an asphalt pavement surface layer is laid. According to the application, on the premise of ensuring that the usability and durability of the seamless asphalt pavement are not lower than those of a connected road, the reconstruction speed of a bridge is increased, the construction cost is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the influence on the environment and current traffic is reduced.
本发明公开了既有桥梁快速无缝化改建的搭板尾部结构及改建施工方法,包括搭板和地梁;搭板靠近老路路基路面一端下面设有混凝土垫层,上面为阶梯结构;搭板、混凝土垫层的侧面齐平,且与地梁间存在间隙;搭板的阶梯结构设有顺桥向能够与搭板同步伸缩的钢盖板;施工时,先破除改建范围内的老路路基路面;然后,施工地梁和搭板的阶梯结构,形成间隙;完成后安装钢盖板;完成分层铺设沥青混合料和多层钢塑土工格栅后,铺设沥青铺装面层。本发明的应用能够在确保无缝化后的沥青路面使用性能和耐久性不低于相接道路的前提下,加快桥梁的改建速度,降低工程造价和施工周期,并且减少对环境和现状交通影响。
