The invention provides a deep foundation pit underground diaphragm wall piping repairing device and method, and belongs to the field of foundation pit construction. In the related technology, a water plugging steel plate is generally arranged on a wall, and the water plugging steel plate and the wall body are poured into a whole, so that seepage repair is realized. However, the risk of failure and relapse is high along with time accumulation. The device comprises a shell assembly, a drill bit assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the drill bit assembly comprises a main drill bit and a self-propelled anchor drill bit. The driving assembly comprises a driving ring, a main drill shaft and an anchor drill shaft, and the anchor drill shaft comprises a flexible shaft section and a guide section. The device is mounted at a pre-drilled hole of a seepage part of a wall body, and in combination with the method, when the driving assembly works, the main drill bit is driven to continuously drill along the hole, and the anchor drill bits laterally drill into a soil layer behind the wall. And then cement paste is injected and diffused along the path of the drill bit to form blocking slurry, and the drill shaft is left in the slurry to form a bearing structure.
