The method comprises the following steps: (1) high-strain pile testing; (2) according to the data obtained by the high-strain test pile, determining the segment distance; and (3) guiding pile sinking on a construction site according to the determined data of the segment distance. According to the method, instructive construction can be conducted according to different stratum conditions, so that the common construction problems such as pile body tension fracture, pile head damage, hammering eccentricity and pile body inclination in the pile planting process are prevented, then the pile forming efficiency is improved, and the pile forming period is shortened.
