The invention provides composite pile sinking. The composite pile sinking comprises a steel pipe pile and a high-pressure jet grouting pile arranged on the lower portion of the steel pipe pile, wherein the high-pressure jet grouting pile comprises a high-pressure jet grouting pile bonding section and a high-pressure jet grouting pile expanding section. The invention further provides a construction method of the composite pile sinking. According to the composite pile sinking and the construction method thereof, a part of the steel pipe pile is replaced with an expanding cement soil pile, the vertical bearing capacity of a composite pile foundation is effectively improved, the length and the inserting and beating difficulty of the steel pipe pile are greatly reduced, later-period rapid pulling-out and transferring can be achieved, and the beneficial effects of being clear in stress, convenient and fast to construct, safe and stable are achieved.
