The invention discloses a coconut fiber composite cement-based combined formwork which comprises a cover plate (2) with a preformed hole groove (1) and a side plate (4) with a hole channel (3), and is characterized in that the cover plate (2) and the side plate (4) are combined through a bar planting rod (5) to form a formwork-free formwork (100) of a reinforced concrete column or beam; the cover plate (2) and the side plates (4) are prestressed fiber fabric reinforced coconut fiber composite cement-based prefabricated plates; and the embedded steel bar rod (5) is anchored in a communicating hole channel formed by the hole groove (1) and the hole channel (3) through the structural adhesive (6). Compared with the prior art, the combined mold shell is easy to machine and high in production efficiency, high-precision embedded parts are not needed, the manufacturing difficulty and cost of the mold shell are effectively reduced, and the mold shell is difficult to combine and assemble and good in fault tolerance. The method has a good application prospect in the form-removal-free concrete structure.
本发明公开了一种椰壳纤维复合水泥基组合模壳,包括带预留孔槽(1)的盖板(2)和孔道(3)的侧板(4),其特征在于:盖板(2)与侧板(4)通过植筋杆(5)组合起来,形成钢筋混凝土柱或梁的免拆模壳(100);所述盖板(2)和侧板(4)为预应力纤维织物增强椰壳纤维复合水泥基预制板;所述植筋杆(5)通过结构胶(6)锚固在孔槽(1)和孔道(3)所形成的连通孔道内。相比于已有技术,本发明具的组合模壳加工简单、生产效率高,且无需高精度的预埋件,有效减少了模壳的制作难度和费用,且模壳的组合装配难容错性好。本发明在免拆模壳混凝土结构中具有良好的应用前景。
