Fabricated cement-based combined formwork column
The invention discloses a fabricated cement-based combined formwork column which comprises a combined formwork (10), a reinforcement cage (20), an opposite-pull screw rod (30) and internal cast-in-place concrete (40), and is characterized in that the combined formwork (10) is formed by combining a cover plate (2) with a reserved hole channel (1) and a side plate (3) through a steel bar planting rod (4) to form a formwork-removal-free formwork of the internal cast-in-place concrete (40); the embedded steel bar rod (4) is anchored in a communicating hole channel formed by the reserved hole channels (1) of the cover plate (2) and the side plates (3) through structural adhesive (5); a positioning pipe (6) is arranged on the reinforcement cage (20) in the orthogonal direction of the cross section, and the length of the positioning pipe is consistent with the inner clearance size of the combined formwork (10) in the corresponding direction; and the opposite-pull screw rod (30) penetrates through the positioning pipe (6) and the combined formwork (10) and applies pre-tightening force by tightening the fastening nuts (7) at the two ends, so that the reinforcement cage (20) and the combined formwork (10) are combined. Compared with the prior art, the combined formwork column has the advantages that the single formwork plate is prefabricated, production is simple, efficiency is high, and cost is low; in the splicing process, an embedded connecting piece with the high requirement for positioning precision does not need to be arranged, pretightening force is applied through the opposite-pulling screw rods, rapid assembling of the combined formwork and the reinforcement cage is achieved, and efficiency is high. The method has a good application prospect in the field of formwork columns.
