The invention discloses an assembly type cement-based formwork-aluminum alloy pipe combination column which comprises a peripheral combination formwork (100), an inner aluminum alloy pipe (200) and seawater and sea sand concrete (300) filled between the combination formwork (100) and the aluminum alloy pipe (200), and is characterized in that the combination formwork (100) is formed by combining a cover plate (2) with a reserved hole channel (1) and a side plate (3) through a steel bar planting rod (4); the positioning pipe (6) penetrates through the cross section of the aluminum alloy pipe (200) and is arranged in the orthogonal direction, and the length of the positioning pipe (6) is consistent with the inner clearance size of the combined formwork (100). The two ends of the aluminum alloy pipe (200) extend out of the combined formwork (100) and are connected with the beam-column joints (400); and the opposite-pull screw rod (7) penetrates through the positioning pipe (6), and pre-tightening force is applied by tightening the fastening nuts (8) at the two ends, so that the combined mold shell (100) and the aluminum alloy pipe (200) are assembled. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type cement-based formwork-aluminum alloy pipe combination column has the advantages that the combination formwork and the aluminum alloy pipes are assembled in the mode that prefabrication is conducted firstly and then assembly is conducted, transportation and assembly are easy, the marine environment corrosion resistance is excellent, and the good application prospect in island reef engineering construction is achieved.
