Repairing method for historic building girder
The invention provides a method for repairing a girder of an ancient building, which comprises the following steps of: sequentially carrying out operation by adopting specific repairing methods and steps, firstly dismantling a wood beam to be repaired, then repairing and finally assembling back through exploration and judgment, and emptying the interior of the whole wood beam according to a decay condition. The semi-circular wood blocks and the middle wood boards are installed, then iron wire hooping is conducted on the beam body shell to achieve shaping, then the iron wires and the middle wood boards are dismantled, and a new beam is embedded, so that the girder structure is repaired, the bearing capacity of the girder is recovered, the safety of an ancient building is guaranteed, the original carved shell of the girder is preserved, and the carved shell cannot be changed after being repaired; the ornamental value and the cultural value are reserved, and the principle of repairing the old as the old is met.
本发明提供了一种古建筑大梁的修复方法,采用具体的修复方法及步骤依次进行操作,通过勘查判定进而将所需修复的木梁先拆除随后修复最后装回,根据腐朽情况对整个木梁内部做掏空,装入半圆形木块和中间木板再对梁体外壳进行铁丝箍紧实现定型,再拆除铁丝和中间木板,嵌入新梁从而实现对大梁结构的修复,恢复的大梁的承载能力,保证了古建筑的安全性,保存了大梁原有的雕花外壳,且修复后看不出改变,保留了其观赏价值和文化价值,符合修旧如旧的原则。
