One-step synthesis method of porous silicon carbide/aluminum composite material
The invention provides a one-step synthesis method of a porous silicon carbide/aluminum composite material, which belongs to the technical field of porous ceramics, and comprises the following steps: (1) cleaning an aramid fiber honeycomb core material, putting the aramid fiber honeycomb core material into a strong alkali solution for hydrolysis, and drying to obtain an organic precursor template material; (2) treating the silicon carbide powder, aluminum oxide and an additive by adopting a ball milling method, and uniformly mixing to prepare ceramic slurry; (3) immersing an organic precursor template material into the ceramic slurry, repeatedly rubbing to enable the ceramic slurry to be fully adsorbed into the precursor template material, pressing and discharging redundant slurry to prepare a green body material; and (4) drying the green body material, putting the dried green body material into a vacuum tube furnace, and carrying out sintering treatment under the protection of argon to prepare the porous silicon carbide/aluminum composite material. The porous silicon carbide/aluminum composite material with large porosity and high aluminum content is directly prepared by adopting a sacrificial template method, a high-pressure die-casting permeation process is omitted, and the preparation process is simplified.
本发明提供了多孔碳化硅/铝复合材料的一步合成方法,属于多孔陶瓷技术领域,其步骤为:(1)将芳纶蜂窝芯材料清洗后放入强碱溶液中进行水解,经干燥,制得有机前驱体模板材料;(2)将碳化硅粉体、氧化铝以及添加剂采用球磨法处理,使其混合均匀,制得陶瓷浆料;(3)将有机前驱体模板材料浸入到陶瓷浆料中,反复揉搓,使陶瓷浆料充分吸附到前驱体模板材料中,经压制,排出多余浆料,制得坯体材料;(4)将坯体材料进行干燥处理后放入真空管式炉中,在氩气保护下进行烧结处理,制得多孔碳化硅/铝复合材料。本发明通过采用牺牲模板的方法直接制备得到孔隙率大且铝含量高的多孔碳化硅/铝复合材料,省去了高压压铸渗透工艺,简化了制备流程。
