Slope pavement construction method
The invention relates to a slope pavement construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, treating a base, forming a foundation trench, arranging a plurality of anchoring pits distributed at four corners of a rectangle on the foundation trench, pre-embedding seats in the anchoring pits, arranging hanging columns on the upper parts of the pre-embedding seats, arranging hanging rings on the peripheries of the hanging columns, connecting hanging chains on the hanging rings, and connecting the hanging columns by a hanging chain structure; when the structure is filled with natural gravel, the structure can be arranged in the natural gravel, meanwhile, by means of rooting of the pre-buried base, a frame-shaped built-in reinforcing structure can be formed in the base cushion layer, and the connection strength of the base cushion layer and a foundation trench is ensured. A cap plug is arranged on the upper portion of a hanging column, a threaded hole in the upper portion of the hanging column can be plugged through the cap plug, the cap plug is pulled out when necessary, then a pedestal is fixed in the threaded hole, rooting is conducted by means of the hanging column, and on the basis of the pedestal, a reinforcing structure is formed in a graded aggregate base layer through a steel bar net rack. The connection strength between the graded aggregate base layer and the base cushion layer is ensured, and the layer is prevented from slipping.
本发明涉及一种斜坡路面施工方法,首先对基底进行处理,并形成基槽,在基槽上开设有多个分布在矩形四角的锚固坑,锚固坑内预埋座,预埋座的上部布置有挂柱,挂柱四周设置有用于挂环,在挂环上连接有挂链,挂链结构将挂柱连接,当填充天然砾石时,能够将该结构布置在天然砾石内部,同时借助于预埋座生根,能够在基底垫层内形成框状的内置加固结构,确保基底垫层与基槽的连接强度。在挂柱的上部设置有帽塞,利用帽塞能够对挂柱上部的螺纹孔进行封堵,并在必要时将帽塞拔出,随后将垫座固定在螺纹孔内,借助于挂柱进行生根,以垫座为基础,利用钢筋网架在级配骨料基层内形成加固结构,确保级配骨料基层与基底垫层之间的连接强度,避免出现该层滑移。
