The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete supporting structure which comprises a prefabricated concrete supporting section, end socket steel plates and steel bar connectors, the end socket steel plates are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated concrete supporting section, concrete is poured in advance with the end socket steel plates as supporting formworks, and main bars of the prefabricated concrete supporting section penetrate through the end socket steel plates to form the steel bar connectors. Through binding and pouring of the steel bar joints of the prefabricated concrete support, cast-in-place joints of the supporting beam end, the other supporting beam end and the stand column can be rapidly formed, the purpose of rapid construction of the concrete support is achieved, and convenience is provided for construction and dismantling of the large-area concrete support. And meanwhile, the end socket steel plates can prevent the prefabricated supporting sections from being damaged when the prefabricated concrete supports are dismantled, conditions are provided for follow-up repeated utilization of the prefabricated concrete supports, and the advantages of being rapid in construction, environmentally friendly, low in carbon and capable of being reused are achieved.
本发明涉及一种预制混凝土支撑结构,包括预制混凝土支撑段、封头钢板,钢筋接头,预制混凝土支撑段两端设置封头钢板,并通过封头钢板作为支模先行浇筑混凝土,预制混凝土支撑段主筋穿过封头钢板形成钢筋接头。本发明通过预制混凝土支撑的钢筋接头绑扎浇筑,能够快速形成支撑梁端与另外支撑梁端、立柱的现浇节点,达到混凝土支撑快速施工的目的,为大面积混凝土支撑施工及拆除提供便利性。同时封头钢板能够避免预制混凝土支撑拆除时破坏预制支撑段,为后续预制混凝土支撑的重复利用提供条件,具有快速施工、绿色低碳、重复利用的优势。
