PRECAST CONCRETE STRUCTURE JOINT STRUCTURE AND PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a border between a precast product and a joint filler from cracking when bending moment works.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a precast concrete structure 1 is constructed by charging a joint filler 11 in a joint space at which concavities 15 formed on a lateral surface 14 serving as a connection surface of adjacent precast concrete members 10 face each other to connect the precast concrete members 10 with each other. A wedge-like convexity, which is a concrete section surrounded by an inner wall 15c connecting an opening 15a and a bottom part 15b of the concavity 15 and the lateral surface 14 serving as the connection surface, protrudes in the joint filler 11 charged in the joint space on the precast concrete member 10 in order to increase bending tensile resistance when a bending moment works on the precast concrete member 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】曲げモーメントが作用した際にプレキャスト製品と目地材との境界に生じるひび割れを防止する。【解決手段】隣り合うプレキャストコンクリート部材10の連結面となる側面14に形成された凹部15同士を互いに対向させて形成された目地空間に目地材11を充填して、プレキャストコンクリート部材10同士を連結して成るプレキャストコンクリート構造物1の目地構造において、前記プレキャストコンクリート部材10に、前記凹部15の開口部15aと底部15bとを連結する内壁15cと前記連結面となる側面14とにより囲まれたコンクリートの部分が、前記目地空間に充填された目地材11中にクサビ状に突出する突出部を設けて、プレキャストコンクリート部材10に曲げモーメントが作用したときの曲げ引張抵抗性を増加させるようにした。【選択図】図1
