Fabricated container corner foundation structure for transformation of container yard
The invention discloses an assembly type container corner foundation structure for transformation of a container yard. Five rows of container positions, one container trailer operation lane and one overtaking lane are arranged in the span of the rubber tire portal crane, and the width of each track beam is 1.5 m; six rows and multiple columns of container corner foundations are arranged in each storage yard and correspond to five rows of container positions, and the first row and the sixth row located at the two ends are composed of D-shaped lengthened container corner foundations arranged at the ends and a plurality of B-shaped container corner foundations sequentially and evenly arranged in the middle. The four rows in the middle are respectively composed of C-shaped lengthened box corner foundations arranged at the end parts and a plurality of A-shaped box corner foundations which are sequentially and uniformly arranged in the middle; each box corner foundation adopts an independent box corner foundation form, a notch groove with the drainage slope being 3 mm in depth is formed in the box corner line position of the upper surface of each box corner, marking paint is sprayed in the notch groove, and the constructional box corner line is formed. The upper surfaces of the independent box corners are smooth, the independent box corners are not prone to breakage or sedimentation, and the horizontal precision requirement of A-RTG box stacking operation can be met.
