Multi-level vertical displacement intelligent detector for foundation static load test
A multilevel vertical displacement intelligent detector for a foundation static load test solves the problems that only the vertical displacement of the top end of a test pile is detected in the static load test, various parameters of the test pile cannot be comprehensively analyzed, test data are inconvenient to store and file, and later data analysis is facilitated. Comprising a test pile, a main beam, a secondary beam, a buttress, a jack, a load block and a displacement detector, the displacement detector comprises a power supply system, a computer, a dial indicator, a printer and a data analyzer, the data analyzer draws an s-t curve for the displacement of the test pile in different time periods, and also draws an s-n curve for the displacement of the test pile under different load forces, and the s-n curve is printed by the printer. The system further comprises a middle-layer displacement acquisition mechanism and a bottom-layer displacement acquisition mechanism, the middle-layer displacement acquisition mechanism and the bottom-layer displacement acquisition mechanism each comprise an array type displacement meter and a vibrating wire type displacement meter, and the array type displacement meters and the vibrating wire type displacement meters are electrically connected with the data analyzer. According to the design, various parameters of the test pile are detected more comprehensively, and later data analysis is facilitated.
