The foundation pile vertical compressive static load test method comprises the following steps that (1), a pile head is treated, specifically, firstly a loose broken layer and low-strength concrete at the top of a concrete pile head are chiseled off to expose main reinforcements, the pile head is washed clean, and then a pile cap is poured; (2), equipment is installed, specifically, a settlement measuring device, a pressure measuring device, a loading device and a counter-force device are installed, the loading device selects one or more oil jacks to be connected in parallel for synchronous loading, and the counter-force device selects any one of an anchor pile counter-force device, a ballasting platform counter-force device, an anchor pile ballasting combined counter-force device and a ground anchor counter-force device; (3), loading and unloading step by step are carried out; and (4), data are recorded and analyzed. According to the foundation pile vertical compressive static load test method, the efficiency and accuracy of the foundation pile vertical compressive static load test can be remarkably improved, and the measurement requirement is met.
