Connection construction method for ribbed steel bars
The embodiment of the invention discloses a connection construction method for ribbed steel bars. A specific implementation mode of the method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a connecting pipe; preheating the end part of the connecting pipe; after the temperature reaches the set temperature, the connecting pipe and the lower-layer ribbed steel bars are buckled and pressed through a buckling and pressing machine; the lower-layer ribbed steel bars are installed in place on a construction site or in a factory; after construction of the lower layer is completed, grouting materials are poured into connecting pipes at the upper ends of the lower layer ribbed steel bars; after grouting of the grouting material is completed, the upper-layer ribbed steel bars are inserted into the connecting pipes at the upper ends of the lower-layer ribbed steel bars; the upper-layer ribbed steel bars are fixed through temporary supports; curing the grouting material in the connecting pipe to set strength; and the steps are repeated, and connection of the ribbed steel bars of all floors is completed layer by layer. According to the implementation mode, complex bin sealing operation is not needed, pressure grouting and grouting quality are easy to control, the connecting pipe is simple in structure and low in cost, connection construction has no special requirement for the distance between steel bars, and the installation precision of a component or a finished steel reinforcement cage cannot be affected.
