The invention provides a recyclable temporary supporting device for a floor support plate and a using method of the recyclable temporary supporting device. The device comprises a gate-type supporting frame, a movable sleeve bracket and a fixed bracket which are used as bases; the door type supporting frame comprises a top supporting cross beam, a pipe support, an inclined supporting rod, a handle arranged on the pipe support and the inclined supporting rod between the supports. The movable sleeve bracket comprises four first main limbs, a first transverse lacing bar, a second transverse lacing bar, inclined struts and bottom rollers; a sleeve is arranged between the center position of the first transverse lacing bar and the center position of the second transverse lacing bar. The pipe support penetrates through the sleeve and is provided with a pipe support bottom support for limiting. The fixed bracket comprises four second main limbs, a third transverse lacing bar, a fourth transverse lacing bar and an inclined lacing bar; and a lower transfer beam is additionally arranged below the fourth transverse lacing bar and is used for adjusting the height of a jack below the fourth transverse lacing bar. The supporting strength is guaranteed, and meanwhile the structure is convenient to disassemble and transfer; the supporting height is adjusted through the jack, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
