Radiation refrigeration and photo-thermal heating switchable film and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a radiation refrigeration and photo-thermal heating switchable film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The switchable film sequentially comprises a scattering layer, a PDMS film layer and a photo-thermal heating layer from top to bottom, the scattering layer is a PE film doped with nano zinc oxide; the photo-thermal heating layer is a PE film doped with carbon black. According to the switchable film, switching between radiation refrigeration and photo-thermal heating can be achieved, the problem that a traditional radiation refrigeration device is supercooled in winter is solved, radiation refrigeration and solar radiation scattering are separated, the influence of heat convection and heat conduction on the radiation refrigeration device is minimized, and the service life of the radiation refrigeration device is prolonged. And the actual radiation refrigeration effect of the device is improved. The thin film device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, simple preparation method, low cost, good chemical stability and the like, and has bright application prospects in the aspects of textile clothes, building materials and the like.
本发明公开了一种辐射制冷和光热制热可切换式薄膜及其制备方法和应用,该可切换式薄膜从上至下依次包括散射层、PDMS薄膜层和光热制热层;散射层为掺杂有纳米氧化锌的PE薄膜;光热制热层为掺杂有炭黑的PE薄膜。本发明提供的可切换式薄膜可以实现辐射制冷和光热制热之间的切换,解决了传统辐射制冷器件在冬季存在过冷的现象,并且将辐射制冷和太阳辐射散射分离,最小化了热对流和热传导对辐射制冷器件的影响,提高了器件实际的辐射制冷效果。本发明提供的薄膜器件具有结构精简、制备方法简单、成本低廉、化学稳定性好等众多优点,在纺织衣物、建筑材料等方面具有光明的应用前景。
