The invention discloses a preparation method of cement clinker in the technical field of cement processing, which comprises the following steps: impurity removal: respectively washing exploited limestone and iron ore to remove dust and impurities; primary crushing: respectively putting the limestone and the iron ore into a crusher for crushing, and reducing the block diameter of the limestone and the iron ore to be 5-8cm to obtain broken stones; fine grinding, wherein the gravel of the limestone and the gravel of the iron ore are put into a roller press to be finely ground, so that the gravel of the limestone and the gravel of the iron ore are smashed into gravel; mixing and stirring are conducted, specifically, limestone, gravel of iron ore and clay are put into three storage bins of a mixing machine, the feeding proportion of the three storage bins is controlled through a controller of the mixing machine, after feeding is completed, the controller controls the mixing machine to operate to stir the raw materials, and after stirring is completed, the controller controls the mixing machine to conduct discharging; and material preparation: feeding the uniformly stirred raw materials into a rotary kiln for sintering. The scheme is used for improving the preparation efficiency of the cement clinker.
