The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of solid waste materials, and particularly relates to a steel slag and slag-based cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of steel slag powder, 40-55 parts of slag powder, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 0.5-1 part of quick lime, 0-0.5 part of sodium thiocyanate and 0.1-0.5 part of sodium silicate. The material is mainly prepared from solid waste materials such as steel slag powder, slag powder and fly ash, has good physical and mechanical properties, and can be applied to roadbed treatment and macadam base stabilization. A large amount of solid waste materials can be consumed, and the requirements of engineering construction on raw materials such as cement can be reduced; and the occurrence of pavement shrinkage cracks and other diseases can be relieved and delayed, so that the service life of a road is prolonged, the construction cost is reduced, and important social and economic benefits are achieved for promoting the application of a solid waste-based material in road engineering.
本发明属于固废材料综合利用技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢渣矿渣基胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述材料包括以下重量份的组分:钢渣粉20‑35份、矿渣粉40‑55份、粉煤灰10‑15份、脱硫石膏10‑15份、生石灰0.5‑1份,硫氰酸钠0‑0.5份,硅酸钠0.1‑0.5份。本发明所述材料主要由钢渣粉、矿渣粉、粉煤灰等固废材料制备而成,具有良好的物理力学性能,具备应用于路床处置和稳定碎石基层的条件。不仅可以消耗大量的固废材料,又可以减少工程建设对水泥等原材的需求;还可以减轻和延缓路面干缩裂缝等病害的发生,从而提高道路使用寿命,降低建设成本,对于推进固废基材料在道路工程中应用将具有重要的社会和经济效益。
