Recycled concrete doped with construction waste and processing technology thereof
The invention provides recycled concrete doped with construction waste and a processing technology of the recycled concrete. The recycled concrete based on doped construction waste is prepared from 15%-20% of cement, 30%-40% of recycled coarse aggregate, 25%-35% of recycled fine aggregate, 10%-20% of natural river sand, water with the water-cement ratio being about 0.45-0.60 and an additive, S1, the construction waste is screened and classified, unsuitable materials such as metal, wood and plastic are removed, the construction waste is crushed, then pretreatment is conducted, and the recycled concrete is obtained; s2, detecting the physical and chemical properties of the recycled aggregate, detecting the quality of cement and sand, and ensuring that no harmful substances exist. The construction waste is crushed, point positions which are not firmly connected are crushed, strength reduction caused by crushing in the using process is avoided, the outer surface of the construction waste is coated, increase of the water absorption capacity is reduced, the bonding performance is improved, and the water content is adjusted through small-scale testing.
