Building solid waste recycled concrete and processing technology thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and discloses building solid waste recycled concrete and a processing technology thereof. The building solid waste recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: Portland cement, recycled aggregate, trimethylsiloxy silicate ester and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate. The recycled aggregate is reused to prepare the recycled concrete, so that the recycling of the building solid waste is promoted. The trimethylsiloxy silicate ester can react with calcium hydroxide generated by hydration of Portland cement to generate trimethylsiloxy calcium silicate, the trimethylsiloxy calcium silicate and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate form a space net structure, the space net structure has strong binding force to the Portland cement, concrete pores can be filled, the binding force of the Portland cement to recycled aggregate is improved, and the service life of the recycled aggregate is prolonged. According to the present invention, the recycled aggregate is coated with the concrete, such that the coagulated concrete becomes dense, the recycled aggregate is compactly coated, and the obtained concrete has advantages of high compressive strength, strong crack resistance and good anti-permeability.
