According to the process disclosed by the invention, by controlling the addition range of the main components and the auxiliary components, the MnZn ferrite material meeting the existing large-scale production requirements is prepared in a relatively wide temperature range, an H25 * 15 * 8mm standard sample ring is prepared, the loss characteristic is tested under the conditions of 200mT and 100KHz, the loss at 25 DEG C is lower than 420Kw/m < 3 >, the loss at 60-150 DEG C is lower than 380Kw/m < 3 >, the loss at 120 DEG C is lower than 340Kw/m < 3 >, and low loss and low cost are realized in the production process.
