The repairing material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 71 to 82 percent of 85 to 88 alumina, 4 to 9 percent of activated aluminum oxide micro powder, 1 to 3 percent of silicon dioxide micro powder, 3 to 7 percent of fraxinus mandshurica clay, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of chrome green, 1.5 to 6 percent of chromium concentrate, 0.3 to 1.5 percent of boric acid, 3 to 6 percent of PA80, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of CMC, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of organic chemical fiber and 0.03 to 0.1 percent of iron concentrate powder. The raw materials are uniformly mixed in proportion, and the prepared repairing material has good air permeability, adhesion performance and rapid sintering performance before pug sintering, so that the thermal state stability is guaranteed, the binding force is high, and the repairing material has high anti-stripping performance and extrusion rheological property.
