The invention discloses a curing device for coral concrete preparation and a coral concrete curing method. The curing device comprises an outer heat preservation shell, an inner curing box chamber and one or more curing containing frame assemblies which are distributed in the inner curing box chamber at intervals and used for containing concrete. A plurality of placing layers used for placing coral concrete are arranged on each curing placing frame assembly, a heat insulation space is formed between the whole inner wall space of the outer heat preservation shell and the outer wall of the inner curing box chamber, and one or more first temperature and humidity sensors are arranged in the heat insulation space; a seawater conveying pipe, a fresh water conveying pipe and a steam conveying pipe which extend into the inner curing box chamber are arranged outside the outer thermal insulation shell; an outer sealing double door is arranged on the front side of the outer heat preservation shell, and one or more second temperature and humidity sensors are arranged in the inner curing box chamber. According to the invention, seawater, fresh water and high-temperature steam are sequentially introduced to carry out sealed curing on the coral concrete, and the coral concrete can be comprehensively and deeply cured.
