The invention discloses a road and bridge crack reinforcing mechanism and a reinforcing method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of road and bridge reinforcing, the road and bridge crack reinforcing mechanism comprises a pouring pavement main body, a supporting plate arranged in a crack of the pouring pavement main body, a pressure-bearing steel plate arranged on the supporting plate and a plurality of mounting seats arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate; the reinforcing mechanism comprises an upper pressure-bearing structure, a middle pressure-bearing structure, a bottom pressure-bearing structure and a concrete injection structure, and the concrete injection structure comprises guide-in covers arranged on the two sides of the surface of the longitudinal reinforcing steel. The upper pressure-bearing structure, the middle pressure-bearing structure and the bottom pressure-bearing structure are adopted for supporting and reinforcing the upper portion, the middle and the bottom of the crack respectively, the upper pressure-bearing structure, the middle pressure-bearing structure and the bottom pressure-bearing structure are connected with expansion screws, and after concrete is filled, the two reinforcing side plates, the supporting plate and the pavement pressure-bearing steel plate are in an inverted trapezoid shape; therefore, the strength of the crack can be enhanced, and the diffusion probability of the crack is further reduced.
