Backup protection device and method for hoist
The invention discloses a headstock gear backup protection device and method. The device comprises an acquisition module used for acquiring the rotation displacement amount of the rotation surface of the hoist through infrared rays or laser, generating a displacement signal, converting the displacement signal into an electric signal and sending the electric signal to a control module; the control module is electrically connected with the acquisition module and is used for calculating the opening and closing displacement of the gate according to the electric signal, judging whether the hoist exceeds the limit or not according to the opening and closing displacement and controlling the hoist to stop running if the hoist exceeds the limit; and the fixing module is used for fixing the acquisition module on any rotating surface of the hoist in parallel, and the acquisition surface of the acquisition module is opposite to the rotating end surface, is not in contact with the rotating surface and keeps a set spacing distance with the rotating surface. According to the invention, the over-limit protection of the hoist can be realized in a non-contact manner, the limit protection failure of the hoist caused by the loosening of the coupler and the transmission gear or the transmission failure due to vibration is avoided, and the operation safety of the hoist is improved. The device also can realize the anti-galloping function of the gate.
本发明公开了一种启闭机后备保护装置及方法。该装置包括:采集模块,用于通过红外线或激光采集启闭机旋转面的旋转位移量,生成位移信号,并将位移信号转换为电信号发送到控制模块;控制模块,与采集模块电连接,用于根据电信号计算出闸门的启闭位移,并根据启闭位移判断启闭机是否超限位,若超限位,则控制启闭机停止运行;固定模块,用于将采集模块平行固定于启闭机的任一旋转面处,且采集模块的采集面相对于旋转端面,并与旋转面无接触,保持设定的间隔距离。本发明能够实现无接触进行启闭机超限位保护,避免因振动造成的联轴器、传动齿轮松动或传动失效导致启闭机限位保护失效,提高了启闭机的运行安全。本装置还可实现闸门“防飞车”功能。
