The fabricated concrete supporting device applied to the deep foundation pit comprises an underground diaphragm wall which is arranged in an annular closed mode, an enclosure area of the underground diaphragm wall is divided into side pits located at the ends and a foundation pit located in the middle, and a plurality of stand column piles are arranged at the bottom of the foundation pit in the length direction of the foundation pit; the side pit is provided with column piles which are obliquely distributed, a concrete connecting beam b and a steel connecting beam are erected on the column piles, and a first concrete support, a second steel support, a third steel support, a fourth concrete support, a fifth concrete support, a replacement support and a sixth steel support are sequentially distributed on the concrete connecting beam b from top to bottom. According to the fabricated concrete support, the prefabricated supports and beams are adopted, so that the construction period is greatly shortened, labor is effectively saved, the cost is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the quality of the concrete support structure can be improved.
本发明公开了一种应用在深基坑的装配式混凝土支撑装置及其施工工艺,包括环向闭合设置的地下连续墙,所述地下连续墙围护区域分为位于端部边坑和位于中间的基坑,基坑底部沿其长度方向设置有若干立柱桩,边坑设置斜向分布的立柱桩,立柱桩上架设有混凝土连系梁b和钢连系梁,混凝土连系梁b由上至下依次分布有第一道混凝土支撑、第二道钢支撑、第三道钢支撑、第四道混凝土支撑、第五道混凝土支撑、换撑和第六道钢支撑。本发明中装配式混凝土支撑采用预制的支撑及梁,使得施工工期大大减少,有效节省人工,降低费用,并使得施工效率提高,还可以提高混凝土支撑结构的质量。
